How do we know if our school is ready for AI?
You are closer to ready when you can name the purpose, the people, the rules, and how you will support teachers and students. You are not ready just because a tool is in the budget.
Self-check against strategy, responsible AI, teacher readiness, student literacy, infrastructure, and a review habit. Missing pieces are normal. The framework exists so you can see them. Use AI Readiness.
