Where should a school start with AI?
Start with why, who, and the guardrails — then pick one supervised use, such as a club, a teacher pilot, or a literacy unit. Do not start with a catalog of tools.
Write the reason. Name the first group of students and teachers. Draft the minimum policy. Choose one environment adults can see. Then expand. AI Readiness is the map.
