Does my school need an AI policy?
If students or teachers are already using AI — including in tools you already own — you need shared expectations. A policy is the written starting point, not the whole practice.
Without a policy, every classroom invents an answer. Families hear different stories. Incidents have no owner. You do not need a 40-page PDF. You need purpose, safety, privacy, learning, responsibility, and a review date.
