What should an AI policy for students include?
Most schools should cover purpose, approved tools, student use, academic integrity, disclosure, privacy, safety, teacher use, AI literacy, families, equity, and a review process.
There is no single policy that fits every school. Those twelve areas are the usual set. Adapt them to grade levels, law, and community expectations. The AI Policy page walks through each one.
