Should schools have approved AI tools?
Yes. An approved list tells students and teachers what they may use, how it was evaluated, and what to do when they want something new. It is the practical core of a policy.
Approval should look at age, privacy, safety, school controls, teacher oversight, integrity, accessibility, and training use. “Not yet approved” needs a path — not a shrug.
